Artistic Gymnastics:

Artistic Gymnastics is gymnastics that incorporates the uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, and the vault.

 

 
 

 

 

 

Spirit Express offers Competitive and Recreational Gymnastics

  • We are a member of the USAG league as well as the Heart Of Missouri Gymnastic League.

  • Classes cover competitive levels 2 – 7.

  • Each gymnast is periodically evaluated and receives evaluation forms to enhance the learning experience.

  • Artistic Gymnastic classes, covering uneven bars, beam, floor, and vault, are available for students 2 years of age and older.
